Instructions for submitting complaints
If your parcel arrived damaged, you have to write down a damage report when the courier is present on the day of delivery, which is necessary to consider the complaint.
You can also do it online: https://protokol.dpd.com.pl/ and after that you need to notify our complaint department: firstname.lastname@example.org
Any missing items in your order or damages to the goods/packaging should be reported to the customer service within 2 business days from receiving the goods to the e-mail address: email@example.com
Exceeding this term will result in rejection of the application.
We provide a warranty for products bought in our warehouse for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase of the goods.
The complaint scheme is as follows:
1. Complete the complaint form – download from here:
2. Pack all damaged products into a package and send them back to us to:

3. Send the form to us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or attach it into the package with the damaged products.
4. We need 30 days to respond to the complaint. The complaint department decides whether the product will be repaired, replaced, or the correction to the invoice will be made and money will be refunded to your account.
Attention! You don't have to submit a complaint through our website www.maxy.pl - as it was before - all you need is a form.
